Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in home appliances.
• Perform repairs, replacement of defective parts, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct testing to ensure appliances are functioning properly after repair.
• Attend customer homes for scheduled repair, servicing, and cleaning appointments.
• Complete service jobs within the required SLA and schedule.
• Explain repair findings and basic product usage/maintenance to customers.
• Record service details, parts used, and repair findings accurately in the system.
• Manage assigned spare parts, tools, and service equipment responsibly.
• Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and provide good customer service at all times.
