As the Boutique Leader for NARS, you will combine people development, operational excellence, and strong commercial focus to achieve business and brand objectives.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop Makeup Artists through on-the-job training and HQ-aligned education programs
Monitor & Drive counter sales performance, productivity, and service excellence
Identify team strengths and development needs, providing regular coaching and performance feedback
Ensure excellent customer experience and strong brand representation at the counter
Support retail events, launches, workshops, and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Marketing teams to achieve targets
Your Impact
Drive counter operations and consistently achieve sales and productivity targets
Build, manage, and grow strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Strengthen and uphold the NARS brand presence through exceptional service and execution
Share knowledge, coach the team, and promote a one-team mindset on the selling floor
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Boutique Manager/Assistant Manager in beauty or prestige retail
Strong background in makeup artistry
Passion for people development and hands-on coaching
Sales-driven, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication and leadership skills
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
