HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (HIRERIGHT)

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor (Near LRT)
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,100
Base Salary: RM2,800
KPI Incentive: Up to RM300 (Based on individual performance)

Language Requirement: Cantonese Speaker – Able to read and write Cantonese

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 5 working days per week
• No rotational shift

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone and email
• Assist customers with verification-related enquiries
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Follow up and resolve customer issues professionally
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow company procedures and service standards

Training

• Training Duration: 4 weeks
• Training will cover product knowledge, verification processes, systems, and customer handling

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Able to read and write Cantonese
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable handling customers via phone and email
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
