Purchasing

• Create and manage purchase orders according to forecasts and customer requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and delivery timelines.
• Ensure purchasing transactions are updated accurately and promptly in the system.
• Work closely with internal departments to maintain sufficient material availability.
• Track supplier performance, including delivery, quality, and lead time.
• Maintain proper purchasing records and coordinate return shipments.

Planning

• Develop and oversee production schedules based on customer forecasts and orders.
• Conduct MRP and coordinate material requirements with purchasing and production teams.
• Track work orders to ensure production is completed according to schedule.
• Review forecast changes and revise production plans accordingly.
• Manage finished goods inventory and ensure products are ready for shipment.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reports.

Shipping

• Prepare shipping documentation such as Delivery Orders, Proforma Invoices, and Packing Lists.
• Arrange shipment bookings and coordinate logistics to meet delivery schedules.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers on shipment arrangements.
• Track shipment progress and ensure export documents are submitted on time.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update relevant system information.

Sourcing

• Manage sourcing activities for assigned projects from initial planning through completion.
• Oversee RFQ processes, cost evaluations, and supplier selection/allocation.
• Support supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the sourcing process.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in line with business requirements.

Program / Costing

• Process sales orders based on customer forecasts and purchase orders.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate customer claims.
• Work with customers and the finance team to resolve invoicing matters.
• Monitor engineering changes and tooling costs to ensure accurate BOM updates.
• Support product costing, NRE costing, and other commercial activities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
