• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, servicing, repair and maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate technicians during service, maintenance and repair works at project sites.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning and HVAC equipment.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance reports, quotations and technical documentation.
• Attend site inspections and respond to customer service requests and technical issues.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors to coordinate service activities and resolve technical matters.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to company procedures, safety requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor service progress, manpower and materials to ensure work is completed within the required timeframe.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
