• Lead cross-functional teams to simplify processes, reduce waste and apply Lean or Six Sigma methods.
• Maintain regulatory and customer compliance and lead internal or external audits.
• Mentor quality engineers or technicians, assign priorities and drive accountability.
• Investigate root causes for product defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
