Mandarin Client Experience Executive | Work From Home

Job Description

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Client Experience Executive to join our team in a fully remote position. You will be responsible for assisting clients through online communication channels, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely customer support in Mandarin and English through live chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, services, transactions, and general platform-related matters.
• Identify client needs and provide accurate solutions or appropriate guidance.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service information.
• Work independently in a Work From Home environment while maintaining productivity and communication with the team.
• Be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English for workplace communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Experience, Live Chat Support, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems/applications simultaneously.
• Willing to work according to a rotating shift schedule.

Work Arrangement

• 100% Work From Home

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
