Job Scope:

• Assist the Assisatant F&B Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant/F&B department
• Ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent customer service
• Supervise and support F&B staff during daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure all company SOPs and service standards are followed
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry
• Basic in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS system is an advantage)
