Content Creation

* Create 4-6 short-form videos per working day for TikTok/Reels.

* Brainstorm creative and relatable content ideas.

* Shoot videos using smartphone/camera.

* Edit videos using CapCut or similar editing apps.

* Create hooks, captions and basic CTAs.

* Keep up with TikTok trends, sounds and formats.

* Produce product, lifestyle, POV, comedy, styling and behind-the-scenes content.

* Occasionally appear as the talent/on-camera personality.

Social Media

* Upload and schedule TikTok content.

* Write basic captions and hashtags.

* Monitor comments and basic audience engagement.

* Track basic content performance such as views, engagement and shares.

* Identify successful content and suggest ideas for improvement.

Campaign & Product Content

* Assist with content for product launches, promotions and campaigns.

* Assist during photoshoots/video shoots.

* Create content around new collections, sales and events.

* Capture behind-the-scenes content at the store/office.

Monthly Target

80–100 short-form videos/month

The target can include a mixture of:

* Trend videos

* Talking videos

* Product videos

* POV/skits

* Vlogs

* Behind-the-scenes

* Styling videos

* Simple promotional videos

Important: Not every video is expected to be highly produced. The focus is on consistent, engaging and relevant content.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
