Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence

• Greet and assist customers, providing styling advice and product recommendations.
• Deliver a personalized shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective customer engagement.
• Stay updated on Qhiam’s latest collections, fabric details, and product benefits.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.

Boutique Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
• Assist in stock management, restocking, and inventory checks.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Brand Representation

• Embody Qhiam’s brand values and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist in social media content creation (e.g., styling tips, in-store updates).

Requirements:

• Passionate about fashion, styling, and retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and a team player.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in fashion retail is a bonus but not required (training will be provided).

Location: IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
