Irkaz Travel & Tours Hiring! Full Time Site Architect Coordinator in Pahang, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Review architectural/shop drawings and coordinate with Structural, M&E, consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Monitor architectural finishing works, workmanship, defects and rectification works.
• Coordinate material/sample submissions, RFIs, inspections and consultant approvals.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower and material requirements.
• Assist in architectural inspections, defect closing, as-built drawings and project handover.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building construction/architectural works.
• Experience in JKR/Government or Design & Build projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, finishing works and site coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and be based full-time at Bera, Pahang.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
