Job Summary
- Perform Ayurvedic diagnoses, consultations, and personalized treatment evaluations for outpatients and inpatients.
- Administer and oversee specialized Ayurvedic treatments, providing expert advice on wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle management.
- Continuously monitor and assess patient responses and health improvements at each stage of their treatment plan.
- Liaise with other T&CM disciplines and healthcare personnel to design comprehensive, integrated treatment schedules.
- Supervise therapist assistants in the preparation of Ayurvedic formulations, herbal oils, and treatment room setups.
- Ensure treatment rooms adhere to strict cleanliness and safety standards; complete system reports and clinical records accurately within required timelines.
- Fulfill assigned schedule tasks (including night shifts), participate in medical staff meetings, and assist in promotional/educational activities for Ayurvedic services.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Master’s Degree in Ayurveda (MD/MS in Ayurveda).
- Valid practitioner registration with the national Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM) Council, relevant Ministry of Health body, or official home country medical council/regulatory board.
- Minimum 8 years and above of hands-on clinical experience administering classic Ayurvedic therapies in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Deep knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment procedures, and herbal preparations.
