We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious individuals who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry.

As a Takaful Consultant, you will work closely with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, identify potential protection gaps, and provide suitable Takaful solutions. No prior Takaful experience is required — structured training, guidance, and mentorship will be provided.

Your Role

• Meet and communicate with potential and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and protection needs.
• Recommend suitable Takaful solutions based on individual needs.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy reviews.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, social media, and marketing.
• Attend training and continuously improve your product and industry knowledge.
• Work towards personal and team performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome.
