About the Role

Tidewrk (formerly ODI) is seeking a Dayforce Administrator with strong developer capabilities to configure and enhance our Dayforce HRIS platform while building custom applications and API integrations. In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with US stakeholders to gather business requirements, present technical solutions, and optimize core HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Dayforce Administration: Oversee daily administration, maintenance, user management, and system configurations within the Dayforce HRIS platform.
• API Development & Integration: Design, build, and maintain custom integrations and applications connecting Dayforce with external systems via Dayforce APIs.
• Workflow Automation: Build and optimize internal automated workflows within Dayforce to enhance business processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with US clients to capture technical requirements and deliver tailored HRIS solutions.
• System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor performance, resolve system issues, and implement platform updates.
• Documentation: Maintain clear process flows, technical documentation, and integration mappings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Core Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on Dayforce HRIS administration.
• Development Skills: Proven track record building custom applications and API integrations within Dayforce.
• Client Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work Hours: Ability to work standard US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Git version control, and software QA/testing against user stories.
