Power Root Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time Production Supervisor in Johor, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

Job Description:

• Arrange manpower for mixer operations based on the daily production plan.
• Request raw materials (SA) in sufficient quantities according to the daily plan.
• Ensure rework powder stock is utilized in line with daily planning.
• Manage OEM mixing and the reject stick cutting team.
• Assist R&D during trial run activities and ensure proper coordination with the mixing team.
• Ensure all materials used are scanned using the scanner.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to GMP, safety and hygiene standards.
• Report any deviation or material issues to the superior immediately.
• Maintain proper records of daily operations and material usage.
• Support in stock take activities and reconciliation of material balance.
• Monitor and operate the SCADA system at the hopper to ensure accurate material flow and process control.
• Perform rework process for all rework powder and balance powder stock.
• Liaise with R&D personal to obtain disposition decisions for powder stock.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing production / supervision (preferably in FMCG/food‑manufacturing environment or high‑volume production).
• Strong adherence to safety, quality and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Good leadership skills with ability to supervise, motivate and develop a production team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
