• Conduct daily inspections of buildings and hostels, promptly identify issues, and report them in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with building managers, technicians, staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth building operations and proper maintenance.
• Supervise and schedule the daily tasks of the maintenance team.
• Perform and manage routine maintenance work, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing tasks, exterior wall touch-ups, and general repair duties.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement effective maintenance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, work orders, and expenses for tools, parts, and materials.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and suppliers responsible for building maintenance, cleaning, and other related services.
• Carry out planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks for both interior and exterior areas of the building.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and overall building performance.
• Possess a Diploma certificate in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance or facility management.
