Bilingual Customer Experience Agent – Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience to provide professional support to customers through online channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate and professional support in Mandarin and English.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service or online support experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Work Arrangement: Remote | Full-Time

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
