a) To supervise all inspection or testing activity in QC room to ensure it is carried out based on standard procedures.

b) To ensure all incoming and outgoing products are inspected and recorded as in quality plan.

c) To ensure all inspection data for all out going products is prepared prior to the delivery schedule.

d) To ensure all required measuring equipment for inspection activity are in good condition and calibrated. To check the calibration due date for each equipment.

e) To ensure daily measurement inspections data records is meeting the specification standards.

f) To check the record of “Daily Quality Report (Defect)” prepared by QC inspector.

g) To prepared and record “Daily Quality Report” and “Punch Production Daily Report” and submit to related Dept as well as to HQ China related personnel.

h) To carry out On Job Training (OJT) to new QC staff.

i) To responsible for product approval based on product standard specification.

j) To manage all filing of related documents – ensure it is available when required.

k) To liaise with QC Manager regarding all quality issues / matters.

l) Adheres to and implements the documented procedures in the Quality and Environmental Management System.

Any other responsibilities as instructed by Superior.
