Role Overview:

As an Application Engineer, you will bridge technical expertise and customer engagement. You’ll support our sales/marketing team by providing technical solutions, conducting site assessments, and ensuring seamless project implementation for clients across construction, utilities, and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Advise customers & distributors on PVC-M pipe selection, installation, and application for projects (water supply, drainage, irrigation).
• Site Collaboration: Conduct field visits to troubleshoot installation issues, inspect pipe performance, and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Marketing Partnership: Work with the marketing team to deliver product presentations, technical workshops, and tailored solutions to contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Training: Educate clients and internal teams on PVC-M product advantages, installation best practices, and industry standards (e.g., JKR, MS/ISO

Requirements:

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.

Experience:

• Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years in technical support, site engineering, or application engineering (piping/construction industry preferred).
• Exposure to infrastructure projects, or building materials is a strong advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on problem-solving for site challenges (e.g., jointing failures, pressure testing).
• Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus).
• Familiarity to see CAD drawing and work with Microsoft Office.

Personal Attributes:
Adaptable, proactive, and willing to travel nationwide (up to 50%).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
