Job Responsibilities:
1. CNC Programming & Process Development(CNC编程与工艺开发)
- Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining centers using CAM software (e.g., UG/NX, MasterCAM, SolidWorks CAM).
- Define and validate cutting parameters including spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut, and tool path strategies to achieve optimal machining efficiency and surface quality.
- Create and update process documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow charts, and work instructions.
2. New Product Introduction & Trial Run(新产品导入与试制)
- Lead new product trial runs and first article inspection (FAI) processes, verifying process feasibility and machining accuracy.
- Collaborate with product design teams to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback, ensuring product designs are optimized for CNC machining.
- Perform prototype machining and process validation, transitioning new products from development to mass production.
3. Production Support & Troubleshooting(生产支持与故障排除)
- Provide on-site technical support to production teams, resolving machining issues such as dimensional deviations, surface defects (chatter marks, burrs), tool breakage, and appearance rejects.
- Diagnose and correct machining errors through tool compensation adjustments, program modifications, and parameter optimization.
- Analyze root causes of quality non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Tooling & Fixture Design(刀具与夹具设计)
- Select appropriate cutting tools (end mills, inserts, drills, etc.) based on material properties and machining requirements; manage tool life and replacement schedules.
- Design, develop, and validate jigs, fixtures, and work-holding devices to ensure part stability and machining accuracy.
- Conduct tool trials and validation for new tooling solutions to improve performance and reduce costs.
5. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement(工艺优化与持续改善)
- Drive cycle time reduction initiatives through process optimization, cutting parameter refinement, and machining strategy improvements.
- Monitor and analyze production data (cycle time, yield rate, uptime) to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement measures.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), increase yield, and reduce manufacturing costs.
6. Quality Assurance & Metrology(质量保证与检测)
- Define inspection criteria and measurement methods for machined components.
- Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), surface roughness testers, and other measuring instruments to verify part quality.
- Ensure machined parts meet engineering drawing specifications and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) requirements.
7. Equipment & Maintenance Support(设备与维护支持)
- Support CNC equipment commissioning, setup, and troubleshooting to ensure stable machine operation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment preventive maintenance and upgrade initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new CNC equipment and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
8. Documentation & Training(文档与培训)
- Maintain comprehensive records of programs, tooling data, process parameters, and engineering changes.
- Provide technical training and guidance to CNC operators and technicians on machining processes, programming, and safety procedures.
- Ensure all CNC operations comply with company safety, health, and environmental policies.

- 根据材料属性和加工要求选择合适的切削刀具(铣刀、刀片、钻头等),管理刀具寿命和更换周期;
- 设计、开发和验证工装夹具及工件固定装置,确保零件稳定性和加工精度;
- 进行刀具试切和验证,评估新刀具方案以提升性能和降低成本。
5. 工艺优化与持续改善
- 通过工艺优化、切削参数精化和加工策略改进,推动节拍时间缩减;
- 监测并分析生产数据(节拍时间、良率、设备运行率),识别瓶颈并实施改善措施;
- 主导持续改善项目,提升设备综合效率(OEE)、提高良率并降低制造成本。
6. 质量保证与检测
- 定义机加工零件的检验标准和测量方法;
- 使用三坐标测量机(CMM)、表面粗糙度仪及其他量具验证零件质量;
- 确保加工零件符合工程图纸规格及GD&T(几何尺寸与公差)要求。
7. 设备与维护支持
- 支持CNC设备调试、安装和故障排除,确保设备稳定运行;
- 与维护团队协作进行设备预防性维护和升级改造;
- 评估并推荐新CNC设备和技术以提升生产能力。
8. 文档与培训
- 维护完整的程序、刀具数据、工艺参数及工程变更记录;
- 为CNC操作员和技术员提供加工工艺、编程及安全操作的技术培训和指导;
