Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organised Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications activities across the APAC region. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external communications activities.
• Develop and edit newsletters, articles, announcements, and other communications materials.
• Support media relations and public relations activities.
• Coordinate communication projects, events, and campaigns.
• Manage and update digital communication channels and content.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist with social media and online communications activities.
• Monitor communication schedules and project deadlines.
• Prepare communication reports and performance updates.
• Maintain accurate records and communication materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in communications, marketing, or public relations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Good attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
