Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Expansion Planning

o Formulate detailed expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.

o Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential courier station locations.

o Integrate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of expansion projects.

o Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve station expansion goals within timelines and budgets.

2. Franchising & Business Development

o Lead the franchising process, including partner recruitment, contract negotiation, and onboarding.

o Develop business models and incentive programs to attract and retain franchise partners.

o Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure operational compliance and performance improvement.

o Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding service offerings.

3. Partner Relationship Management

o Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with regional partners and stakeholders.

o Act as the primary liaison between the company and franchise partners, ensuring effective communication.

4. Commercial Operations Implementation

o Oversee the rollout of commercial initiatives across courier stations in the region.

o Ensure operational excellence by implementing standardized processes and performance metrics.

o Monitor station performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

o Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to support station growth and profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with relevant work experience in business development, franchising, or operations.

• Prior experience in the courier industry, FMCG/offline retail channel sales, or internet offline promotion is highly preferred.

• Strong execution ability with a detail‑oriented and practical mindset; capable of translating ideas into actionable plans quickly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with partners.

• Passionate about developing a career in the courier/logistics industry; highly motivated to drive business growth and embrace high‑income challenges.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license; owning a vehicle and willingness to travel frequently for business trips
