Majestee Production specialises in custom sublimation jerseys, corporate wear, teamwear, sportswear and merchandise. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Here Are the Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media in a professional manner.

- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products and packages.

- Provide product information, pricing and quotations to customers.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

- Achieve the monthly sales targets set by the company.

- Collect and verify all order details, including designs, sizes, names, numbers, logos and payment.

- Prepare and submit confirmed orders to the design and production teams accurately and on time.

- Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to customers.

- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure orders are completed correctly and within the required timeline.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales reports.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve order-related issues professionally.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

- Important: At least 2 years of experience in sales or any related industry.

- Proven experience in following up with customers and closing sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

- Target-driven, confident, proactive and responsible.

- Strong attention to detail when preparing and submitting orders.

- Good organisational and time-management skills.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Experience in the apparel, printing, jersey or sublimation industry is an advantage.

- Must have own transportation.
