Job Description :

• Customer Service & Warranty Management – Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and warranty claims, ensuring timely responses, proper follow-up and escalation of serious or recurring issues.
• Retailer Rewards Programme – Manage programme administration, including reviewing, verifying and approving or rejecting submissions and reward claims according to programme guidelines.
• Records & Case Management – Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, complaints, warranty cases, programme submissions and reward claims.
• Customer Feedback & Reporting – Compile regular reports on customer feedback, product suggestions, complaints, warranty cases and programme performance, highlighting recurring issues and improvement areas.
• Social Media Engagement Support – Support engagement across official social media platforms through relevant industry content, community interactions and approved product-related discussions.
• Cross-Department Coordination – Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues, communicate product feedback and escalate recurring or product-related concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Live Chat or a BPO environment, preferably handling customer-facing support.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
