Job Description:
System Performance Monitoring
- Assist in configuring system monitoring parameters, thresholds, and alerts for effective performance tracking.
- Learn to identify common issues impacting system performance and propose appropriate troubleshooting solutions.
- Support the reporting process and coordinate with relevant personnel (PIC) to ensure timely resolution of performance-related issues.
- Assist in the documentation of regular monitoring reports, system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting actions.
- Learn to analyze data trends and alert patterns generated by the monitoring system and assist in timely issue detection and response.
- Maintain accurate records using computer-based work management programs.
General Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of electrical construction tools, testing equipment, and adhere to electrical safety practices and PPE standards.
- Carry out daily work activities in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Provide technical support to the Supervisor, Head of Department, Operations Manager, or COO in daily operational tasks relevant to system monitoring and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of solar systems will be advantages.
Skills:
- Solid technical understanding of solar power systems and components.
- Proficiency in system monitoring tools and data analysis software.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to conduct accurate system inspections.
- Clear and effective communication for reporting and task coordination.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
