• Ensure compliance with the company’s Management Systems, including HACCP, ISO 14001, BRC-IoP Packaging, and FSC Chain of Custody.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of customer orders and deliveries in terms of quantity.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and ensure stock balances match the recorded inventory.
• Ensure finished goods, semi-finished products, raw materials, and packaging materials are properly arranged, labelled, and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date store records and documentation.
• Verify goods received against suppliers’ Delivery Orders (DO) and ensure quantities are accurate.
• Monitor the condition of forklifts and ensure they are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
• Ensure the store and warehouse areas are clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Understand and comply with the company’s Quality Policy and contribute to achieving its objectives.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Store/Warehouse Management.
• Good knowledge of store and warehouse operations.
• Good inventory control and stock management skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
