Responsibilities
The moment a guest steps into the hotel, they are walking into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Bellman, you will lead the delivery of guest requests and enquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction. You will also be a brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- SPM Qualification - college and university degree would be great but it is not essential
- Fluent in English and local language are essential, any additional other languages would be great
- Well-versed in both English & local languages
