Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and cash flow projections.
• Manage quantity measurement and preparation of Bill Of Quantities (BQ), Awarding Tenders and Sub-Contractor Quotations.
• Handle pre-contract and post contract processes, including valuations, progress claims and final accounts.
• Monitor project expenditures and prepare regular cost reports / budget variations.
• Liase with project manager, engineers, site supervisor and clients to resolve cost or contract discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 2 Years of working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common Quantity Surveying Measurement Software.
• Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
