Job Descriptions
1.Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for the entire recruitment process for commissioning engineers in Malaysia, including proficiency in local recruitment websites, talent scouting, resume screening, interview scheduling, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding. Build a local talent pool, efficiently achieve headcount targets, and ensure sufficient team personnel.
2. China-Malaysia Two-Way Communication & Data Reporting Operations:
Maintain regular communication with the China headquarters to keep them informed of local recruitment progress, personnel status, and HR issues. Produce monthly talent market research reports, recruitment data analysis, and HR data reports, providing regular updates as required by headquarters and offering reference data for the local talent market.
3. Local Administrative Operations + Finance & HR Liaison:
Responsible for daily office operations management, including liaising with park property management, coordinating water and electricity usage, and verifying invoices. Simultaneously coordinate with local payroll-related work, and assist with basic HR and finance coordination to ensure smooth operation of office and HR processes.
Core Goals for the First 6 Months:
1. Independently and comprehensively manage local recruitment, achieving 30 headcount openings within 6 months, ensuring timely onboarding of commissioning engineers to meet business staffing needs.
2. Establish a routine mechanism for local talent market research, monthly data review, and report generation; proficiently adapt to the communication processes with the China-Malaysia headquarters, achieving a standardized closed loop for recruitment, HR, and reporting.
3. Fully responsible for local personnel mobility management and ensuring the implementation of local HR policies; proficiently handle local administrative, salary coordination, and daily operational matters, independently undertaking all job responsibilities.
Requirements
1. Candidates with practical HR experience or headhunting experience, especially in recruiting for local Malaysian positions or engineering roles, will be given preference. Familiarity with basic HR procedures in overseas jurisdictions is also required.
2. Hard Skills: Proficient in using mainstream Malaysian recruitment websites and tools; capable of independently sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews; possessing basic data processing, report generation, and market analysis skills; and adept at handling cross-regional and cross-departmental communication.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
