JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing immediate, in-house technical support to minimize production downtime. The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and rapid repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor control systems to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and continuous factory operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Machine Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic faults in production machinery to minimize downtime
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the master plan to ensure equipment longevity and prevent unexpected failures
• Ensure all machinery is fitted with safety guards in compliance with OSHA standards; strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety regulations and maintain clean work areas
• Work along with safety officer during machine renewal with DOSH and maintain the record of the maintenance/service for record
• Collaborate with production operators and engineering teams during equipment installations, upgrades, or process improvements
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing repairs (light bulbs, water taps, switches, etc.)
• General Duties: Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical trade.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls.
• Good problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective team communication.
• Willing to overtime when required to support production schedule

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
