JOB SUMMARY

· To assist & ensure all freight operation run smoothly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.

· To coordinate with customer service and arrangement for delivery of containers.

· Help supervise all staff in Operation Department

· To compile all documents after the work been done.

· To ensure & arrange container/Haulage for loading and the ensure the container are intact.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

· Computer literate

· Able to meet dateline & working under pressure

· Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.

· Knowledge in Forwarding Industry

· Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa

· SPM/Diploma in Logistics, Business Admin or equivalent

· Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
