Aaryom is looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team in Ipoh.

Your main focus will be creating high-quality, engaging short-form content that showcases our products and helps generate awareness, engagement and sales across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and e-commerce platforms.

This is a hands-on content role. We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept → shooting → editing → posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit product videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other platforms
• Produce short-form videos designed to capture attention and generate engagement
• Shoot product showcases, new arrivals, promotions, behind-the-scenes and educational content
• Develop creative hooks, concepts, scripts and storytelling ideas
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, voiceovers and other engaging elements
• Take attractive product photos and lifestyle content
• Create simple promotional graphics and social media posts
• Assist with TikTok/Facebook LIVE content and live-selling sessions
• Work with the sales team to create content based on current promotions and customer interests
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Follow current TikTok, Instagram and social media trends
• Monitor content performance and identify which formats generate better views, engagement and sales
• Assist with uploading and managing content across e-commerce and social media platforms
• Organise and maintain photo/video content files

Requirements

• Video shooting and video editing skills are mandatory
• Comfortable creating content using a smartphone and/or camera
• Familiar with editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
• Able to create engaging short-form videos independently
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
• Creative eye for product presentation, composition and storytelling
• Able to write simple captions and video hooks
• Comfortable working in front of the camera when required
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Tamil is an advantage
• Responsible, organised and able to meet content deadlines
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or sample videos are welcome to apply
• Must be able to work on-site in Ipoh

What We're Looking For

We are less concerned about certificates and more interested in what you can create.

Candidates who apply should be prepared to share examples of previous TikTok videos, Reels, product videos, photography or editing work.
