Position: Sales & WhatsApp Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales (both online & offline).
• Provide product information, quotations, and follow-up with leads.
• Maintain customer records and update sales tracking sheets.
• Work closely with the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
• Work From Home (must have stable internet connection).
