Job description:

ACC PAYABLE

-------------------------------

1. Review and process invoices

2. Prepare montly Schedules/Trade creditors' reconciliations and journals

3. Liaise with vendors/departments and resovle invoice discrepancies

4. Assist in month end closing for accounts payable

5. Prepare analysis of expenses & Ad hoc duties as assigned

ACC RECEIVABLE

---------------------------------------

1. Perform Cash and Bank Reconciliation on daily sales

2. perform sales analysis, reconciliation & resolve reconciling differences appropriately

3. Prepare invoices, month end closing, monthly sales reports & Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting

- Min 1 year relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of Excel & be able to speak English.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
