Main Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
• Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and team cohesion.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and disputes, working to find amicable solutions.
• Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes and work with managers to identify and address performance issues.
• Compliance: Ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Training and Development: Support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
