Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the PCB manufacturing environment is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
• Experienced in preparing, reviewing and verifying various reports as required.
• Knowledgeable in problem solving, root cause analysis & diagnosing faults.
• Proactive in identifying improvement areas and drives improvement initiatives in ensuring process and quality is comply with established standards.

Job Description

• Controlling the QC / Process section to meet the established targets and objectives.
• Analyze and troubleshoot quality problem and implement necessary countermeasure.
• Assist in data analysis & troubleshooting of quality problems to identify the root causes, implement corrective actions, conduct follow-up and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken.
• Liaise with internal & external parties on quality-related issues, recommend action plans and assist in improving PCB quality.
• To reduce rejection rates and production/process-related problems through effective coordination and liaison with the Production Department and other supporting groups.
• Determine the best process distribution and work procedure for production activities to achieve the required quality and quantity targets.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Issue PIM for process related issue as and when required and ensure compliance with the specified requirements.
• Introduce and maintain an effective feedback system to monitor quality issue and achievement levels.
• Follow-up on machine performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance to EQMS procedures within the job scope.
• Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
