• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and delivery.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain an updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and constantly find ways to optimize the warehouse workflow.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel to improve productivity and performance
• Managing all the stock arrangement and storage according to FIFO within the warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency and lower costs.
• Manage the warehouse staff activities to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
• To ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, forklifts, tools, fixtures, and equipment, arrange for repairs/replacement as needed.
• Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent shortages.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Resolve any shipment issues promptly and efficiently in collaboration with transport partners.
• Review the monthly shipping costs, be responsible for the accuracy of the data, and submit the basis for the settlement of the costs to the finance in a timely manner.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
