• Handle guest check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, cancellations and walk-ins.
• Attend to guest enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Handle payments and guest accounts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest and room records.
• Handle calls, messages and emails.
• Promote hotel facilities, packages and membership.
• Conduct proper shift handover.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
