Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, process orders and provide support to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for potential business.
• Provide accurate product information and support to customers.
• Collaborate with the retail and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability.
• Prepare sales quotes, follow up on leads and assist with customer account management.
• Stay informed on product updates, market trends and customer needs to better support sales efforts.

Requirements:

• SPM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, team player with a proactive and high level of responsiveness.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales.
• Experience in handling walk-in customers or showroom sales.
