About Genie Wash

Genie Wash is a Singapore-based mobile car care company serving both individual consumers and businesses.

We're looking for a strong Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our B2C marketing and build a repeatable engine for growth.

This is not a role where you'll simply be given a list of marketing tasks to execute.

You'll work directly with the founder, decide what deserves attention, manage external specialists where needed, and be accountable for marketing performance.

What You'll Own

SEO & Content

• Develop and execute our SEO strategy
• Identify search opportunities and build content plans around them
• Manage writers, SEO specialists and other freelancers
• Ensure content is commercially useful, not just written for traffic
• Improve organic traffic and lead generation

Paid Acquisition

• Oversee our Google/Meta advertising and external agency
• Understand campaign performance, CAC and conversion
• Challenge the agency when performance isn't good enough
• Identify new campaigns, offers and landing pages to test

Website & Conversion

• Improve landing pages and customer journeys
• Identify where potential customers are dropping off
• Run experiments to improve enquiry and booking conversion
• Work with designers/developers when changes are required

Reviews, Social & Brand

• Build systems to consistently generate customer reviews
• Coordinate social media content and creative production
• Develop influencer and creator collaborations
• Explore PR, partnerships and other ways to increase awareness

Marketing Operations

• Find and manage freelancers/agencies where specialist expertise is required
• Write clear briefs and hold external partners accountable
• Track marketing KPIs and maintain a simple performance dashboard
• Present what worked, what didn't and what we're doing next

What We're Looking For

You should be able to:

• Think strategically while still being comfortable getting your hands dirty
• Understand SEO, paid acquisition, content and conversion well enough to manage specialists
• Use data to make marketing decisions
• Manage agencies and freelancers effectively
• Prioritise ruthlessly instead of trying to do everything at once
• Take ownership without needing the founder to constantly tell you what to do

Experience marketing a service business, local business, marketplace or other performance-driven B2C company would be particularly valuable.

What Success Looks Like

Our goal is to build B2C into a meaningful growth engine for Genie Wash.

You will initially focus on understanding our customers, identifying the highest-value acquisition opportunities and building a repeatable system for generating bookings.

Over time, we want you to become the person who owns B2C marketing end-to-end.

The founder should not need to manage every SEO article, advertisement, freelancer or campaign — that's what we're hiring you to solve.

Compensation

RM7,000–10,000/month + performance incentives
