1. Follow up on the entire process of quality inspection from incoming materials to finished products, verify inspection standards, record defective data, promptly report anomalies, and collaborate with the production line to conduct preliminary problem investigation.

2. Lead the analysis of customer complaints and returned goods quality anomalies, issue 8D improvement reports, follow up on the implementation of corrective measures, verify the improvement effect, and prevent the recurrence of similar problems.

3. Maintain inspection standards, samples, and quality records; assist in completing customer inspections, FAI reports, and system audits; train front-line inspectors; and supervise the implementation of on-site quality control.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
