Responsibilities
INCOMING QUALITY INSPECTION:
- To perform measurement / cosmetic inspection accordance to the job assigned by QA
- Leader.
- To ensure correct part received versus the Delivery Order and Part Drawing before commenced the inspection.
- To ensure the require incoming part inspected accordance to the part drawing and/ordocumented product specification / information’s.any obstacles or abnormalities on product/part/material.regulations.Department.
- To record inspection results in the inspection report/record.
- To follow the Incoming Quality Assurance procedure and/or available work instruction.
- To identify those accepted, rejected, on-hold part/material upon complete inspection.
- To report to QA Leader and/or superior on daily activities status and escalate if encounter
- To ensure the measuring equipment’s/tools used in good condition.
- To emphasize & adhere on housekeeping, safety requirements and follow company rules &
- To perform any other assignment/task assigned by immediate superior and/or Head of
- To perform in-process and/or outgoing quality inspection accordance to the product
- specification, work instruction, checklist and/or documented product specification /information’s.
- To ensure correct part and good product quality release to the next process.
- To record inspection results in the inspection report/record/checklist.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
