We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to join our growing Human Resources team. Reporting directly to Human Resource Manager, this role will play a vital part in supporting the company's HR function. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational skills, detail oriented and with the ability to multitask.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring department heads/ managers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires and ensuring proper exit procedures for departing employees.
- Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters and letters of increments & promotion, maintain record of staff reimbursement for meal/ medical/ traveling/ mileage, monitoring leaves records, manage staff training in-house/ public, HRDF training grant application and claim, etc.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the performance management process and employees on goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as HR system implementation, and organizational restructuring.
- Execute end-to-end payroll processes, including checking and ensuring computation of wages, deductions and taxes are accurate and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Good experience in using payroll software e.g. HRIS; possess good knowledge and understanding on the whole payroll processing cycle including filing of statutory claims.
- To create and maintain employee personal data in the payroll system, monitoring confirmation due date, letter preparation for confirmation, contract renewal, increment, promotion, transfer, resignation etc.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee personal data and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare new employee notification form for IRB, ensure monthly online payments such as Income EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS/ Income Tax/ HRDCorp etc are submitted in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Has experience in handling yearly salary review and performance bonus exercise will be a plus point.
- Hands on experience for salary & statutory paid via online banking and payroll for multiple companies are added advantage.
- Assist on yearly EA Form and employer Form E.
- Extract and prepare the past payroll record/ other information requested by any relevant government authority..
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments.
- Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin speaking is an advantage to effectively communicate with Upper Management)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
