Community Engagement Lead

Full-Time

Job Description:

Develop and execute monthly community events, workshops, pop-ups and brand activations in Malaysia and overseas.
Build, engage and grow Nuuha Beauty’s online and offline communities.
Identify suitable communities, organisations and strategic partners for collaboration.
Initiate and manage partnerships with brands, universities, healthcare professionals, creators and event organisers.
Prepare collaboration proposals, event concepts, timelines, budgets and post-event reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Represent Nuuha Beauty professionally during meetings, networking sessions and events.
Track community growth, engagement, attendance, leads, sales and partnership performance.
Maintain an updated database of community partners and follow up on collaboration opportunities.
Continuously identify new opportunities to expand Nuuha Beauty’s brand presence.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, events, PR or business development.
Strong networking, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Creative, proactive and confident in approaching potential partners.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Normal BMI
Comfortable representing the brand and building professional relationships.
Willing to work during weekends, travel and attend events when required.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Existing community or brand network is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
