• Assists in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, and other baked goods while ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and other baked items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and portion control.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HALAL procedures.
• Support banquet, buffet, restaurant, and special event pastry production.
• Assist in developing new dessert ideas when required.
