Full Time Production Technician Jobs, in Safran Landing Systems Seremban - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Operation of highly technical equipment

• Load and unload furnaces per production and quality requirements

• Proper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands

• Monitor equipment and record data to document the manufacturing process

• Troubleshoot manufacturing anomalies related to equipment operation, productivity, and quality

• Perform preventive maintenance as required to meet maintenance schedules

• Adhere to required housekeeping requirements for the manufacturing areas

• Submit and support continuous improvement ideas in order to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost

• Follow all procedures administered by safety, quality, process engineering, and facilities engineering

• Train co-workers in proper equipment operations and maintenance procedures

• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.

• Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption,  Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities 

• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent. Degree holder will also be considered.

• Able to communicate in spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in using electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics

• Basic understanding of Statistical Processing Control. Training in various principles of lean, i.e. lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S preferred

• Candidates must able to work long hours and during weekends and public holidays.
