Employment Type: Full‑time, On‑site

The Site Engineer will oversee day‑to‑day site operations for construction projects, with a structured pathway to specialize in scaffolding, falsework, and shoring systems. Candidates with prior construction experience will be trained in scaffolding engineering under company guidance.

Key duties include:

• Coordinating with project managers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Monitoring project progress, resolving technical/site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Preparing and maintaining site documentation, inspection records, and progress reports.
• Supporting installation and dismantling procedures for scaffolding and temporary works (training provided).
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with engineering codes and company procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or any engineering discipline with construction experience.
• Practical exposure to construction or infrastructure projects (site coordination, inspections, or project execution).
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills for site and office reporting.
• Familiarity with quality control processes, safety practices, and compliance verification.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles (load calculations, stability) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in basic engineering software and MS Office for documentation/reporting.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and within diverse teams, with flexibility to adapt to changing site conditions.
• Willingness to undergo specialized training in scaffolding, falsework, and shoring systems.
