Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, lighting, security, and other building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to handle BMS systems such as HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and analyze data for optimization.
• Work closely with engineers, facility managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BMS Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of BMS systems, HVAC, and building automation technologies as well as electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience working with software-based monitoring and control systems is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces and on-site locations.
• Able to go outstation outside Klang Valley.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for fieldwork).
