Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well-organized, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
  • Support manpower planning and recruitment activities.

2. Employee Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and other HR matters.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters and employee relations issues.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and ensure payroll information is accurate.
  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and employee claims records.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure relevant documentation is maintained.
  • Liaise with relevant parties regarding payroll and statutory matters.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices are in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
  • Support internal audits and HR-related compliance requirements.

5. Performance & Training

  • Assist with employee performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and monitor employee development activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate effectively in Mandarin.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
