Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze daily movement reports for groups' fleets as assigned, identifying issues and understand the root cause for better operational performance.
- Ensure all group's fleets certificates are timely renewal and proper documentations are available in both hardcopy and softcopy, including road tax, insurance, depot passes, fire extinguisher compliance, MPOB and all related lorry certifications.
- Focal point for Shell fleet cards related issues.
- Ensure cargo documents and fuels receipts are submitted to Finance team on schedule for processing.
- Prepare and submit the monthly Driver PPJ Award Scheme report to highlight and recognize outstanding performance.
- Send weekly reminders to drivers regarding work compliance, if any.
- Monitor and record driver's daily attendance and work activity reports such as greasing tasks to be submitted for finance payroll processing purpose.
- Prepare and print pre cargo documents in hardcopy for drivers upon request.
- Support supervisor on administration related to drivers matters.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
